Vendor Fair Spot - Holiday Spectacular

Event Details:
Date: December 7th
Time: 10 AM to 2 PM (load-out begins at 2 PM)
Location: Cedar Ridge High School Performing Arts Center. (Outdoor Event)
Space and Setup:
- Each spot accommodates a standard outdoor farmers market-style table.
- Vendors must provide their own tables, displays, and products.
Electricity and Amenities:
- No electricity will be provided; any power needs should be battery-operated.
- Water and restrooms will be available onsite.
Fees and Payment:
- $50 per 10x10 spot, due on or before December 1st.
Load-In and Load-Out Details:
- Load-in time: Vendors may begin setting up an hour before (or specify exact time).
- Load-out occurs after the 2 PM show begins, to avoid disruption during the event.
Parking Instructions:
- Vendors should park in the designated areas for unloading/loading and during the event.
- Vendors will load and unload behind the auditorium but will not be able to park there. Everyone is free to park in the parking lot.
Weather Policy:
- The event is rain or shine. In case of severe weather, alternate plans will be communicated.
Promotion and Social Media:
- Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation on social media.
- A digital flyer or promotional graphic can be provided for sharing.
