Please use the following form to select your meals for the Comedy/Improv long rehearsal and show days, April 22 and April 27-May 1. If you would rather bring your own food for any or all days, please select the "None - I will bring my own meal" option for the meal(s) that you intend to skip.

ALL MEALS MUST BE ORDERED AND PAID FOR BY 8:00PM ON THURSDAY, APRIL 23. You can "Pay in Full" now by credit card/Booster Credits or "Pay Later" by placing a check or cash in an envelope labeled with your name and "Comedy/Improv meal payment" in the BLACK BOOSTER BOX in the Theatre hallway before 8:00pm on Thursday, 4/23. Please make checks payable to "CRHS Theatre Booster Club".

• Extensions: Please email meals@theatreattheridge.com if you would like to request a payment extension.
• Financial Assistance: If you are a student who requires financial assistance for meals, please select the applicable box on the order form.
• Nonpayment: If you order meals, but do not pay by Thursday, 4/23, and you have not emailed for an extension or requested financial assistance, we will not be able to place your meal orders. The Boosters will have Sun Butter & Jelly sandwich supplies, chips, and water for anyone who does not have food or forgets to make their payment.
